Azure emphasizes 100% customer satisfaction and provides a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy. We accept returns for damaged or faulty products within 30 days of receipt. Complaints about defects in stitched dresses must be made on the same day. Eligible returns must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We will provide return instructions, and customers should obtain proof of postage. Customers bear the shipping costs. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a confirmation email is sent, and if approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method.
