Azure emphasizes 100% customer satisfaction and provides a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy. We accept returns for damaged or faulty products within 7 days of receipt. Complaints about defects in dresses must be made on the same day. Eligible returns must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers need to email sales@azureofficial.pk or WhatsApp with the subject 'Returns' and provide order details and reasons for return.
- Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
- Ecommerce tax is non-refundable.
We will provide return instructions, and customers should obtain proof of postage. Customers bear the shipping costs. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a confirmation email is sent, and if approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method. In the case of exchanges, adjustments to order amounts are made, and any balance is provided as online shopping vouchers or paid in cash upon delivery. Partial exchanges can be arranged by contacting customer service at WhatsApp.
