Complaints about defects in dresses must be made on the same day. Eligible returns must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We will provide return instructions, and customers should obtain proof of postage. Customers bear the shipping costs. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a confirmation email is sent, and if approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method. In the case of exchanges, adjustments to order amounts are made, and any balance is provided as online shopping vouchers or paid in cash upon delivery. International orders, facilitated by carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, take 5 to 7 business days, with shipping initiation within 24 hours upon payment gateway confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on factors like location and shipment method. Free delivery is offered for above PKR 12,000 nationwide.
