EXCHANGE/ REFUNDS POLICY
We facilitate all our clients to exchange their purchased articles, provided they have made the purchase in Pakistan, online.
- Any Article purchased can be exchanged within 07 days of purchase receipt by courier.
- If the article is not used, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and you have original invoice with you, then you are good to go ahead with the exchange. Articles purchased on discount are not qualified for exchange though.
- We don’t offer cash refund instead you will be issued a coupon of same value valid for Online Store ONLY, which you can use to buy now or in future.
- In case of home article return, it should be in Azure’s original home packing.
- Azure apologizes to all international buyers but we currently do not offer any exchanges or refunds for international online orders. And so, we try to do our very best to provide you with as much information as possible to ensure that you are fully comfortable when placing your order.
